1. Sponsor

The M.A.S.S. Motors Back-to-School Giveaway is sponsored by M.A.S.S. Motors, located at 10659 W Fairview Ave, Boise, Idaho 83713.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on at 4 August 8am Mountain Time and ends on August 31, 2026, at 8am Mountain Time.

There will be two drawing periods:

First drawing: August 15, 2026

Final drawing: August 31, 2026

Entries received after the first drawing and before the final closing time will be included in the August 31 drawing.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Idaho who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, representatives and immediate family or household members of M.A.S.S. Motors and its advertising partners are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchasing a vehicle or referring someone who purchases a vehicle will earn you a double entry into the giveaway.

5. How to Enter

Eligible participants must visit M.A.S.S. Motors during normal business hours and complete the official entry form.

Each eligible participant may receive:

One free standard entry by completing the dealership entry form.

Three additional entries by referring a new prospective customer who provides their own details and agrees to be contacted.

Three additional entries after purchasing a vehicle during the promotion period.

Three free alternative entries, without making a purchase or referral, by requesting and completing the alternative entry form at the dealership.

A referred person may not be entered without their knowledge or consent.

Entries that are incomplete, duplicated beyond the permitted limits, automated, fraudulent or submitted using false information may be disqualified.

6. Prizes

Two winners will each receive one gift card with a retail value of $500.

The gift cards are intended to assist with school supplies or groceries. The exact gift-card retailer or format will be confirmed by M.A.S.S. Motors.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash, except at the sponsor’s discretion where permitted by law. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing on August 15, 2026, and one potential winner will be selected through a random drawing on August 31, 2026.

The drawings are expected to be broadcast on the M.A.S.S. Motors Facebook Page. Technical issues or changes to the livestream will not invalidate an otherwise properly conducted drawing.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

A person may win only once during the promotion.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

Potential winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address supplied on the entry form.

A potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to provide proof of identity, age and Idaho residency.

The winner must collect the prize from M.A.S.S. Motors within 72 hours unless another arrangement is approved.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, does not respond within the required period or fails to claim the prize, the sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

9. Publicity

Where permitted by law, accepting a prize gives M.A.S.S. Motors permission to use the winner’s first name, city, photograph, video, likeness and prize information for promotional purposes without additional payment.

A separate consent should be obtained before publicly identifying or photographing anyone nominated as a person in need.

10. Entry Information and Marketing Consent

Information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, contact potential winners and prevent fraudulent entries.

Receiving future marketing calls, texts or emails must be optional and is not required to enter or win. Marketing consent should be collected through a separate, unchecked consent field on the entry form.

Participants who opt in may withdraw their consent according to the instructions provided in the relevant communication.

11. General Conditions

M.A.S.S. Motors reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, interferes with the drawing or violates these rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another event affects the integrity of the promotion, M.A.S.S. Motors may suspend, modify or cancel the giveaway and select winners from eligible entries received before the disruption, subject to applicable law.

M.A.S.S. Motors is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or technically unsuccessful entries.

Any change to the promotion will be communicated through the dealership’s official Facebook Page and, where appropriate, at the dealership.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless M.A.S.S. Motors, its owners, employees, representatives, advertising partners and service providers from claims arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

13. Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.

By entering, each participant completely releases Facebook and Meta from any responsibility or liability connected with the promotion.

Facebook is used only to communicate and broadcast information about the giveaway. Sharing a post, posting on a personal Timeline, tagging friends or using friend connections is not required to enter.

14. Governing Law

The giveaway and these official rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in Idaho, subject to applicable law.
